Wonderful
Despite the name, this property is located in a good area of Biarritz, close to shopping and restaurants. The most central part is located within walking distance. Staff was very friendly.

Very welcoming staff
The staff at the reception were very helpful and smiley. One night I was looking to buy some water and I could find it.. I asked the lady at the reception and she gave me 2 bottles and didn’t want me to pay. The location was great too, the hotel is in a nice street with some cute bars and shops. One could also see the sea from the street.
For the price I’ve paid, there is nothing I could complain about.
